Matt is a personal trainer and running coach with over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry. Matt can help you achieve your fitness goals whether it is to run 5kms or 100kms+, sport specific training such as building strength for the rugby season or simply to improve your fitness level. Matt has trained clients of all levels of fitness, from high school students to Olympic athletes. He has personally completed a number of endurance events including Ironman and Oxfam, not only can he provide training specific to these events, but can offer advice to get you through to the finish line.
